| In recent years, with the increase in globalization and diversity in the workplace, managing a multicultural workforce has become an important element of organizational life. The focus of our breakfast meeting will be to explore the issue from an international and Norwegian perspective.
Keynote speakers are:
Dr. Gary Weaver, Professor, School of International Service at American University
Dr. Laura E. M. Traavik, Associate Professor, Department of Leadership and Organizational Management, Norwegian School of Management will discuss diversity and diversity management in the Norwegian context.
